*Everything is case sensitive
Make sure you enter the password correct.
It’s easy to mistake letters for numbers, such as a capital i or lowercase L for the # 1 or capital O for the # 0
*If your having a problem logging it please send us a picture in the chat box at the bottom right of your screen*

Step A.
When your on a channel full screen-
Press the Menu button on the remote (3 lines)
Scroll all the way to the right and select Settings
Step B.
Select General
Step C.
Turn on Confirm exit by second press Back
Exit menu by pressing back button on remote twice
This will stop the app from exiting
